Shipping policy

Please find below the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

1.1: Order processing, shipping cost and delivery times – Australia

While we ship all orders within 1-2 business days, please understand that once your order leaves our warehouse, we are at the mercy of Sendle and Australia Post, and standard shipping can take between 5- 10 business days.

If your order is urgent, please choose express shipping or local pick up at checkout. 

Local pick up is from Langwarrin, VIC, 3910.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are available from our service providers, Sendle and Australia Post, within 24 - 48 hours.

We will select the most reliable provider based on your postal address, and your tracking email will confirm which service provider has been used for your parcel.

1.2. Damages during shipping and lost parcels

My Big Adventure will not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, and the transfer of stock ownership occurs once the order has been dispatched.

If your order is lost or if you receive your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier to file a claim. You will need to save all packaging materials and the damaged goods to file a claim. 

1.3 International shipping policy

We currently do not ship outside of Australia.
