Shipping policy

Please find below the terms and conditions that constitute our shipping policy.

1.1: Order processing, shipping cost and delivery times – Australia

We ship all orders within 24 hours (M-F) and use Australia Post as our courier. In our experience, standard shipping takes between 5 - 10 business days to arrive at a customer's address after our dispatch. 

If your order is urgent, please choose express shipping or local pick up at checkout. 

Local pick-up is from Langwarrin, VIC, 3910.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. Tracking updates are available from our service provider, Australia Post, within 24 - 48 hours.

1.2. Damages during shipping and lost parcels

My Big Adventure will not be held liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, and the transfer of stock ownership occurs once the order has been dispatched.

If your order is lost or if you receive your order damaged, please get in touch with the shipment carrier (Australia Post) to file a claim. You will need to save all packaging materials and the damaged goods to file a claim. 

1.3 International shipping policy

We currently ship within Australia & New Zealand only. All parcels sent to New Zealand are sent via Aus Post, at a cost of $20.00 AUD. Standard shipping typically takes between 7 - 10 business days between Australia & New Zealand.
